Roasted tomatoes are very good for weight loss and can be prepared very easily. One method is to roast tomatoes directly on the flame. Cut tomatoes in half or in quarters. Roast them using tongs. Keep on rotating them in order to cook them evenly. Roast them till they become tender and the outer skin changes color. Turn the flame off and sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon powder on them.

Another way is to microwave them. Cover the baking sheet with an aluminum sheet. You can skip this step and directly put potatoes on it. Cut tomatoes in half and sprinkle some black pepper powder and cinnamon powder. Microwave them for five minutes
