Quinoa is a superfood which is gluten free and high in protein. It has a great amount of fiber, Manganese, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Folate, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Potassium, therefore, considered very nutritious. It is a great alternative for people with gluten allergy and others as well.
