Name of Recipe : White Pumpkin Raita
Ingredients : White Pumkin – 1 slice
Pomegranate – 1 no.
Coriander leaves – 3 to 4 tsp.
Curd – 1 bowl
Salt – a pinch
Pepper powder – a pinch
Method : In a bowl add 1 cup curd n beat it.
Now peel the pumpkin n grate it. Squeeze the water with the help of strainer.
Add the grated pumpkin to the curd.
Add salt n black pepper n Pomegranate and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
Raita is ready to be served. No gas n no oil is required.
