Recipe- 1. Mix 2tbsp of oats in a bowl full of curd. Add 1tbsp Cinnamon powder to it.

2. Add 1 spoon dry, roasted and ground flax seeds powder or you can add 1tbsp Chia Seeds to it.

3. Keep it Overnight in Refrigerator. Serve it with sliced apple and your overnight oats are ready to eat.
