INSTEAD OF – GRANOLA, EAT THIS: OATMEAL

  • Cinnamon powder
  • Flax Seeds (roasted and grinded)
  • Sliced apple
Recipe
  • Mix 2tbsp of oats in a bowl full of curd. Add 1tbsp Cinnamon powder to it.
  • Add 1 spoon dry, roasted and ground flax seeds powder or you can add 1tbsp Chia Seeds to it.
  • Keep it overnight in Refrigerator. Serve it with sliced apple and your overnight oats are ready to eat.
INSTEAD OF- MILK COFFEE, HAVE THIS- BLACK COFFEE
