Name of Recipe : Upma


Ingredients : Rawa/Sauji(3-4 tea spoon)
1/2 Tea spoon oil
Curry Leaves
Mustard Seeds
Onion
Carrot
Tomato
Cabbage
Turmeric
Salt


Method : Upma: Heat ½ tea spoon oil in the pan. Put curry leaves (kari patta), mustard seeds(rai), salt and haldi to taste. Add spring onions, 1 tomato, cabbage, carrot, etc. Saute it well and add 3-4 tea spoon Roasted Suji/Rawa with a sprinkle of water to give moisture to it. Take off from heat after 2 min. Upma is ready to be serve.
