Why do we need antioxidants❓
▪️Antioxidants are the compound that protect your cells from harmful effects of free radicals. Free radicals are produced when your when your body breakdown food or exposed to harmful tobaccos smoke or radiation.
▪️When free radicals accumulates together they may cause oxidative stress. This may damage your DNA and other cell structures which increases the risk of chronic diseases such as heart diseases, type 2 diabetes and cancer.
