Name of Recipe : Suji Chilla
Ingredients : 1 capsicum, 1 reddish, small piece of paneer, onion,some boiled mashed peas,half spoon peanut butter, some kari pata leaves , 2-3 green chilies, 1/2 table spoon red chili powder, 1 spoon dried methi leaves, pinch of black pepper and white pepper powder, 3-4 palak leaves, coriander leaves and salt to taste .
Method : Take a Bowl now add 2 katori suji then add half katori curd in it and mixed with some water . Then leave it for 1/2 an hour. Then chopped vegetables and crush paneer add all these ingredients in it ( mentioned above) mix it well
Now Take a non stick tava on flame when tava is hot take some amount of water sprinkle on it then rub it with cloth napkin . Now add 1/2 table spoon oil on hot tava then take a service spoon and put this material on tava with the help of service spoon now spread it on tava then lower the flame of gass after 1 minutes turn the side of chilla it looks like crispy with golden in colour after 1 minutes now turned side now it’s ready to serve with pudina chutney and tomato ketchup It’s very healthy and tasty
