Name of Recipe : Soya Chunk Recipe


Ingredients : Soya chunks,green yellow red bell peppers,carrots,onion,garlic ,tomato(optional)


Method : Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin and chopped garlic saute it for a minute now add onions to it-let the colour change
Then add veggies to it let it cook until the veggies soften !!Add salt and spices you like Now you can soya chunks to it(rinse it in boiled water)until there is no water left in it.


Prep. Time : 15 min.
Cook Time : 15-20 minutes
