Name of Recipe : Ragi and Oats Pancake

Ingredients : 1/2 cup ragi, 1/2 cup oats aata( grinder oats), shakar or coconut sugar 1/2 tsp, vanilla essence 2,3 drops, grounded cinnamon, and fruits any I use strawberry and banana,almond milk (cold)1/2 cup, cold water, 1 egg whit( optional)

Method  : Mix all dey ingredients together. Now put one egg white and milk and water mixture little little so that u get a good consistency not too thick not too liquid. Keep a side for 5 mins. Now heat a non stick tawa put a little bit of oil may be 3,4 drops and spread it now put the pancake mixture and on top of it put the chopped fruits. Cook for 5 mins on both the sides. Keep on check in between. Ur pancakes are ready. I search it with little honey on top and home made peanut butter or home made jam.
