Name of Recipe : Protein Bar


Ingredients : Mix dal ( Tuvar , Mung dal yellow , Chana dal , urad dal , whole mung )
Half cup Mix dryfruit (Cashew , almonds , pista , Dates, fig) 3 tblsp
Multigrain Atta ( Ragi , wheat, rice , jawar) half cup
Peanuts N Seesem seed, flex seed 3 tsp
Ghee 3 Tblsp
Elaichi powder 1
Kesar pinch
Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Soonth powder 2 tsp
Jaggery 1 cup


Method : First roast all dal then roast peanuts dry fruits , seesem seed flex seed. After that when it will be cool grind all ingredients. In a bowl take all griended material then add multigrain atta into it. Add elaichi powder kesar turmeric soonth into it. Mix all. Heat a pan add ghee into it then add jaggery and some khajoor paste. When jaggery and khajoor melt turn off gas. Add into a mixer n mix all. Put into a plate. Spread in the plate. When it becomes dry cut like a bar. square piece. Decorate with some cashew. Its ready to eat.
