Name of Recipe : Nutritious Ladoo
(Protein and iron rich)
Ingredients : Wheat flour – 40g
Flax seeds – 15g
Method : «Take wheat flour and oats in a non-stick pan and roast it until light brown colour.
«Then take jaggery in a pan and melt it using water accordingly.
«Now add roasted flax seeds or as such (acc to your preference) to the flour mixture in a bowl.
«And then pour the melted jaggery in this bowl , knead it into a dough and make small round balls out of it.
«In the end we can add flax seeds to garnish our nutritious ladoos.
