Name of Recipe : Moong Dal Paneer Stuffed Cheela
Ingredients : Soaked Moong daal, spinach, paneer, salt, black paper. Green chilly paste if u want.
Method : Soaked moong dal for 4 hrs..wash spinach add salt and grind it… Make thick paste put water as per Consistency…. On other hand make a paneer for stuffing… Put pinch of oil, sprinkle jeera add paneer mix it well add salt, black pepper, green chilly paste and last but not least Coarinder leave… Stuffed paneer is ready…now we make cheela…take a pan put pinch of oil spread batter and turn it both side put paneer in it and and fold in round shape.
