Name of Recipe : Jaun Khichu


Ingredients : Jaun Atta, water, green chillies, til, ajwain, Jeera, oil, vegetables (garlic, onion, you can add carrots, capsicums,peas etc)


Method : Put 2 cup water in pan. Add Jeera, ajwain, til, green chillies and vegetables. Bring it to boil, then add 2-3 drops of oil. Then add jaun atta and stir it continuously. And put it on low flame for 5 mins. It’s ready to serve.
