Name of Recipe : Indian Style Quinoa Khichdi

This recipe is rich in proteins and fibers
Suitable for all ages

Ingredients : 1/4 cup Quinoa
1/4 cup Rice
1/4 cup moong chilka daal
2 spoon desi ghee
1/4 cup peas
1 carrot(diced)
1/2 spoon ajwain
1/2 spoon zeera
1/4 black pepper
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste

Method : Put rice, moong daal and quinoa in a cooker.
Along with water, desi ghee, salt and turmeric powder.
After two three whistles, rest it to cook in steam.
Take another pan put ghee add zeera, ajwain, peas, carrot and black pepper.
Pour this tadka over the khichdi.
Serve it piping hot.

Prep. Time : 5-10 minutes
Cook Time : 15-20 minutes
