The monday motivation post couldn’t be any better. I want to share the story of Mr Sukhwinder Singh who came to us with a history of brain stroke, Diabetes, Hypertension, Fatty liver and Foot drop on June 26th, 2020. Today is October 1st, 2020 and within three months, we were able to completely reverse his Diabetes, Fatty Liver, dropped his Hypertension medicines and his Foot drop has almost recovered. All this happened just with his diets. His achievement has motivated his entire family and it is a proud moment for all of us.

I really hope everyone takes motivation from him and make their will power rock solid and defeat their health ailments.
