In  COVID-19 pandemic, eating healthy food is an important part of maintaining your health. A nutritious diet can boost our immune system and help us to fight with COVID-19, we all need a balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins in our diets to sustain a healthy body

Protein – Add food like Eggs, Besan, Chiken, lentils, Paneer in your diet as these are good sources of protein.

Fat – Not all the Fats are bad for the body good fats like omega-3 are important for our heath

Fiber – Eating high fiber diets like fresh fruits and vegetable, Nuts

Carbohydrates – Carbohydrates like whole grain and vegetables provide good source of energy

No Alcohol consumption

As we know Alcohol weakens immune system and increases the risk of adverse health outcomes. Therefore, people should minimize their alcohol consumption at any time, and particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We don,t always need gym to do excercise we can also do it while doing home chores like scrubbing, dusting, sweeping we can also go for squats, juming jacks ,situps and can do some yoga poses

The COVID-19 pandemic may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Public health actions, such as social distancing, can make people feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and anxiety. However, these actions are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19, so here are some tips to cope up with stress

  • Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including those on social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting.
  • Take care of your body.
    • Take deep breaths, stretch, or mediation
    • Eat healthy and Balanced diets
    • Exercise regularly
    • Get 8hrs sleep
  • Avoid excessive alcohol and smoking
  • Try to do some other activities you enjoy..
