Name of Recipe : Healthy Kebabs

Ingredients : Corn, soya chunks, fal, onions, tomato, capsicum, salt, spices, chura in crumbs form.

Method : 1. Boil corn, soya chunks and daal
2. Grind the mixture of step 1
3. In the above mixture add all spices.. Bind using chura mixture.
4. Make small patties and shallow fry in pan
5. Serve with mint, coriander chutney, wholewheat chapatti also.
