Name of Recipe : Energy Bar

Ingredients : 1cup khajoor deseeded,
Half cup chopped nuts
1 Spoon sesame seeds
2 Spoon khus khus
2 Spoon coconut
Half spoon ghee

Method : Blend khajoor in grinder.. To the pan add sesame seeds,khus khus n coconut..
Then roasted nuts after minute.. Now add blended khajoor n cardamon powder mix it well it will form a dough after 5min.. Spread khus khus on plate n give cylindrical shape to dough ,wrap n freeze for 30 min
Cut n enjoy the healthy recipe. Rich in Iron.
