I have always wanted to launch something like the Diet Tiffin to provide healthy food to those who cannot eat or cook healthy food due to their busy lifestyles.

Diet Tiffin is an initiative to introduce the habit of healthy eating by providing custom meals prepared with specific nutritional need for patients. Sure, it is easy to eat and gain weight, but, it becomes a mission when u have to eat and loose. So your dietitian Shreya will be providing diets according to your health requirements and blood test reports.

We are all different and there’s no such thing as one size fits all in this department.

Here are a few things that need to be kept in mind in order to stay healthy.

So, when a client comes to me, I make them undergo biochemical and body-related tests, including calculation of the bone density to know the actual fat in the body. After analyzing the test results, I decide what the person should eat and when. I provide them everything from the bed tea to fruits, salads, snacks, meals and milk”.
