Name of Recipe : Curd Oats


Ingredients : Oats, curd, salt, zeera, ghee, powdered zeera


Method : Boil oats in water. In a bowl, take some curd and beat it with a blender or with hands. Mix some water and beat again to make the consistency like curd rice as desired. Add salt and powdered zeera to the curd mixture. Add the boiled oats and mix. warm ghee in a tadka pan and add zeera. once the tadka is ready, add it to the curd oats mixture. Mix it and curd oats is ready.
