Name of Recipe : Amaranth Oats Ragi Dosa


Ingredients : Amaranth 1/2cup
Oats 1/4 cup
Ragi 3-4 spoon


Method : Mix all the ingredients
1. Grind the amaranth seeds and oats make a smooth flour add ragi powder in it.
2. Add 3-4 spoon sour curd.
3. Left the batter for at-least 10-20 mins.
4. Then add water to it and adjust the consistency according to dosa.
5. Take a tava then make a dosa.
6. Serve with amla or any another South Indian chuntey.
