Early Stages
Since my childhood, I used to ponder about the shapes of the fruits and the nutrients they give rather than mere chocolates and candies. Being a North Indian and a Punjabi girl, I always used to wonder about different kinds of food and the medicinal value they hold. As I grew up and faced a series of changes in my body, I gradually developed my interest in knowing the role of fruits
and healthy diet they play in our lives. Through my observation and Research, I came to know that with the help of homemade remedies and vegan diet we can prevent ourselves from chronic diseases. From then, I began experimenting on drool-worthy foods and vegan diets. In the end, this journey turned into my dream of being a Nutritionist.
Career Start
After the completion of my post graduation in Nutrition and Dietetics, I did my internship with PGIMER Hospital and was later appointed as a clinical Dietitian at Fortis Hospital. Starting my career as a Diet counselor and Nutritionist in Chandigarh, I extended my services under the name of “Eat Right Diet clinic”all over India in different states and cities including Mumbai, Lucknow, Delhi, Ludhiana, Patiala, Amritsar, Karnal, Ambala, Panipat, Mohali while providing online international services as well. With past years of practice and research, certain titles and accolades encouraged me to work more that include “Global woman leadership”, “ Best Dietitian in North Medico”, “Czar of North India” and later got featured in The Times Of India, Hindustan Times, and magazines like cosmopolitan, Femina, India Today which motivated me to carry out more researches to serve the mankind.
