Please accept this recipe for winters as a gift Gluten and Lactose free Alsi Pinni from a mother Dietitian Shreya with warmth and love.

Recipe:

Dry roast 250 grams of alsi, 50 grams almonds and 50 grams of walnuts in a non stick fry pan.
Grind them and keep aside. Now grind cranberries or raisins or deseeded dates (for natural sweetener).
Combine all the things together and make ladoos or balls.
You can also add half teaspoon of black pepper and dry ginger powder (saunth)
***NOTE: IF NOT A WEIGHT WATCHER, JAGGERY CAN BE ADDED TO SWEETEN THE LADOOS.
