WHAT IS SALMON OIL?

Salmon oil is produced from the from the tissues of the oily fish and marine plants. This contains omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins A, and D which are considered very good for heart health. Salmon oil fish contains two types of plentiful acids i.e. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Together all these fats are responsible for many of its health benefits.
